1SIMBox (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and provides this User Deletion Policy to explain how users can permanently delete their accounts and personal data in compliance with global privacy laws, including GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California, US), PIPEDA (Canada), and PDPO (Hong Kong).

1. Right to Request Deletion

Users have the right to request permanent deletion of their 1SIMBox account and all associated personal data at any time. This includes:

• Personal identification data
• Account credentials and usage data
• Payment and billing information
• Communication records

Note: Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.

2. How to Request Deletion

• Account Settings: Log in → Account Settings → Delete Account
• Email Request: Send a verified request to privacy@1simbox.com including:
  • Registered account name
  • Email or phone number associated with the account
  • Statement explicitly requesting deletion
• Identity Verification: To prevent unauthorized deletion, 1SIMBox will verify the identity of the requester before processing the deletion request.

3. Deletion Timeline

• Acknowledgment: Within 3 business days
• Full Deletion: Typically completed within 30 calendar days

Users will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

4. Permanent and Irreversible

Deletion is permanent; once completed, accounts and all associated data cannot be restored. Any remaining balances, credits, or subscriptions are forfeited.

5. Exceptions and Retained Data

Some information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Regulatory compliance (telecom recordkeeping, taxation)
• Fraud prevention and security investigations
• Accounting, audit, or legal claims

All retained data is securely stored and not used for marketing purposes.

6. Temporary Account Deactivation

If users wish to stop using 1SIMBox services without permanently deleting their account, they may choose Account Deactivation, which:

• Suspends the account
• Preserves all data for possible reactivation

7. Security Measures for Deletion

• Purging data from active systems
• Secure anonymization of retained logs
• Encryption and access control for any data retained for compliance
