1SIMBox (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this Refund Policy to clarify the terms and conditions regarding payments for prepaid eSIM/SIM services and related products. By using 1SIMBox services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Prepaid Services
All 1SIMBox services operate on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. Users must fund their accounts prior to using mobile data, voice, or messaging services.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Unused account balances or remaining data
- Accidental or duplicate top-ups
- Voluntary or involuntary service termination
- Network interruptions or outages outside our control
- Dissatisfaction with service after activation
Payments cannot be reversed, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
3. Account Balance Validity
Prepaid balances do not expire while the account remains active. Inactive accounts (no usage for 12 consecutive months) may be closed, and any remaining balances will be forfeited. Balances are non-transferable between accounts.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe a transaction error occurred, contact billing@1simbox.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Include your account details, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Our billing team will investigate promptly. Unjustified chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Promotional or Bonus Credits
Promotional, free, or bonus credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits may be revoked or adjusted in case of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
6. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
This Refund Policy applies globally and complies with international laws, including:
- GDPR (EU)
- CCPA/CPRA (California, US)
- PIPEDA (Canada)
- PDPO (Hong Kong)
7. Updates
1SIMBox may amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted at www.1simbox.com/refund-policy. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
