1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 1SIMBox services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and International Carrier Exchange Limited (“1SIMBox”).

2. Services Provided

  • Prepaid global eSIM and SIM services
  • Mobile data, voice, and messaging
  • Account management, top-ups, usage tracking, and support
  • Roaming services via partner carriers

Service availability depends on local carriers, network coverage, and applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Users must register a 1SIMBox account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

4. Prepaid & Payment Terms

  • All services are prepaid, pay-as-you-go
  • Payments must be made in advance
  • Processed securely via trusted gateways
  • All payments are final and non-refundable (see Refund Policy)

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use services for:

  • Fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Spamming or harassment
  • Violating telecom regulations
  • Unauthorized access to systems
  • Reselling services without consent

6. Service Availability and Limitations

1SIMBox aims to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Network quality may vary. We are not liable for outages or regulatory restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used by 1SIMBox are owned by 1SIMBox or licensors. Users may not reproduce or modify any intellectual property without written consent.

8. Refund Policy

All services are prepaid and non-refundable. Promotional or bonus credits are non-transferable.

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1SIMBox is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, device issues, or data loss.

10. Termination

1SIMBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Remaining balances are forfeited upon termination.
